Zadro “Highly Recommended” in Customer Service Excellence Award

Zadro are delighted to share that we have earnt the prestigious title of “Highly Recommended” in the 2024 Australian Achiever Awards for Excellence in Customer Service, which concluded on 2 May 2024.

For the category, Advertising, Marketing & Public Relations Services, Zadro received overwhelmingly positive feedback with a remarkable score of 95.22% for consumer relations and service. This achievement reinforces Zadro as an industry leader with a strong commitment and passion for service to its valued clients.

As part of the analysis, the Australian Achiever Awards independently contacted several of Zadro’s customers and suppliers to impartially evaluate and assess the agency’s customer service attributes across eight core areas. The results showed Zadro’s customer services was above 90% in all eight categories:

  • Time related services (95%)
  • Client needs (95%)
  • Care and attention (97.50%)
  • Value (93.33%)
  • Attitude (96.67%)
  • Communication (90.91%)
  • Referral (93.75%)
  • Overall perception (95.37%)

Some of the keywords used in the feedback comments were creative, innovative, driven, knowledgeable, professional, and practical. One client commented:

“They understand our needs and are clear on the project, budget and timelines. They are always fully informed about what we need, and we do not receive any surprises. Zadro delivers on their promises to us.”

We are proud that our agency strengths were recognised as branding, communication, sustainable graphic design and external communications.

The Australian Achiever Awards are now in their twenty-sixth year and have assessed more than 4,800 small to medium-sized businesses across the nation. Zadro’s “Highly Recommended” recognition serves as a key indication of the agency’s success in the eyes of our customers and is well worthy of praise.
